Will it ever quote a wrong price or invent a feature?

Pricing and vehicle details come straight from your live inventory listing, not from anywhere else. If anything ever looks off in a conversation, you see it in your dashboard and you can take over the thread in one click before it gets worse.

What happens if a customer wants out?

If a customer texts STOP (or any opt-out word), Laylix stops immediately and sends a short confirmation. They won't hear from your dealership again. Opt-out is per-dealer though. A customer shopping at five lots who hits STOP on yours stays free to keep talking to the others, and vice versa. Built to handle the texting compliance rules so it's one less thing on your plate.

Will it ever text my customers at 3am?

No. Laylix only texts between 8am and 9pm in your local time. If a lead messages in at 11pm, the reply waits until morning. Same goes for any automated follow-ups.

Can I take over a conversation if I want to?

Yes. Every conversation has a Take Over button in your dashboard. Click it and you take the wheel. You type, the customer sees your messages as part of the same thread, no awkward handoff. Hand it back any time, or stay manual until the deal closes.

What about my customers' data?

Your customer data is yours. We don't sell it, share it, or use it to train anything. Each dealership's data is isolated from every other dealership. If a customer ever asks to be deleted, we wipe their record on request.

What if I cancel?

Month-to-month, no contract, no penalty. Cancel from your dashboard any time and you keep access through the end of the paid month. We can export your full conversation and lead history on the way out so nothing stays locked in.
